Water Damage – Portland Kitchen

Water damage developed in the kitchen floor of this Portland home when a slow water leak soaked into the tile. SERVPRO’s high tech moisture detection meters provided readings indicating that the subfloor was also saturated. This meant that we would need to remove the tile to dry the subfloor. Our trained technicians used a process of applying various temperatures and humidity to dry the subfloor completely. Once the high-tech moisture detection meters signaled that the sub floor was dry, we began installation of a new tile floor.
