Water Leak in a St. Johns' Office Building

A broken water line flooded the corridor of this St Johns' office building over night. Luckily, the vinyl molded baseboards contained the water like a wading pool, preventing damage to the walls. Our SERVPRO of Northwest Portland crew quickly vacuumed out the pooling water to prevent secondary water damage to any of the building elements. The After Photo depicts a still slightly damp floor as we were about to set up air movers and dehumidifiers to complete the removal of moisture by the end of the day.
