Being safe on a Portland commercial loss is critical

Here at SERVPRO of Northwest Portland, job safety is a top concern. When it comes to restoring a large, commercial property after a fire or water damage, making sure our crew and vendors are safe while on the job in important.
When our team takes on a commercial loss, there are key safety precautions we take. Since commercial jobs require larger crews, conducting morning safety meetings on a daily basis is crucial. It’s imperative that each person on the site wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), even if they are visiting and not necessarily working. Proper PPE for a large, commercial job site included work boots, face mask or respirator if necessary, safety glasses, a hard hat and a reflective safety vest.
In the photo to the right, you can see our Project Manager Josh Laulile leading a safety meeting to a crew of workers ready to restore a property to its preloss condition. SERVPRO of Northwest Portland is ready for any size disaster, and you can rest assured that our restoration professionals can handle your loss properly. If you have any issues with fire, water, or mold damage – don’t wait to call us at SERVPRO of NW Portland.
